As a Geography Examiner for International A Level, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of marking candidates' responses. This position requires a high level of subject knowledge and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mark candidates' responses accurately and consistently to maintain overall standards.
  • Submit samples to your Team Leader at designated times.
  • Ensure milestones for marking are adhered to.
  • Complete all administration tasks as specified.

Requirements

  • One academic year's worth of teaching experience within the last 8 years and within the relevant qualification and subject.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification.

Competencies

  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • High level of subject knowledge to apply the mark scheme.
