Corporate Tax Manager

TPF Recruitment, a leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join their team in Sevenoaks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and highly regarded chartered firm of accountants, acting for a diverse range of businesses across Kent, the South, and nationally.
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing advisory services to a mixed portfolio of owner-managed businesses, including EIS and share schemes, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, and tax due diligence. You will also prepare R&D tax relief claims, corporation tax computations and returns for larger, more complex companies/groups, and oversee and review the more basic corporation tax compliance function to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience with a career background in corporate tax or a mixed tax background.
- Advisory/planning tax experience gained within an accounting firm or tax boutique firm of any size.
- Background developed within a firm of any size environment, from small independent to Top Tier firm background.
