Community Care Specialist

As a Community Support Worker with Cheshire East Council, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
Your key responsibilities will include providing individualised and person-centred care and support to enable individuals to live independently in their own homes.
About the Role:
- Working in partnership with individuals, families and other services to provide support and care
- Maximising people's independence, choice and control through support with medication, money management and daily living activities
- Delivering a high standard of support while being flexible, reliable and committed to your work
We are looking for individuals who share our values and are passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
The starting salary for this role is £12.18 per hour, rising to £12.38 with time and a half at weekends and all Bank Holidays except Christmas Day and Boxing Day, which are double pay.
