Advanced Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Support Worker to join our team in Worcester. As an Advanced Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs to live independently and lead the best life possible.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs to develop life skills and achieve their goals
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to provide person-centred care and support
- Assess and implement Positive Behavioural Support strategies to improve wellbeing and quality of life
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and carers to ensure effective communication and support
- Participate in regular reflective practice sessions to ensure the best strategies are always utilised for the people supported
We are looking for a candidate with a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism, and forensic backgrounds.
