Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Worcester. As an Advanced Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to lead the best life possible. You will work in a brand new, purpose-built supported living scheme, supporting individuals to transition to their new homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to lead the best life possible
  • Work in a brand new, purpose-built supported living scheme in Worcester
  • Support individuals to transition to their new homes
  • Use Positive Behavioural Support strategies to improve wellbeing and quality of life
  • Develop a good understanding of individuals' needs and preferences
  • Participate in regular reflective practice sessions to ensure the best strategies are always utilised
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism, and forensic background.
