Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to lead the best life possible
- Work in a brand new, purpose-built supported living scheme in Worcester
- Support individuals to transition to their new homes
- Use Positive Behavioural Support strategies to improve wellbeing and quality of life
- Develop a good understanding of individuals' needs and preferences
- Participate in regular reflective practice sessions to ensure the best strategies are always utilised
We are looking for a candidate with a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism, and forensic background.
