Job Title: Advanced Support Worker

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Advanced Support Worker to join our team in Worcester. As an Advanced Support Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to develop life skills and independence
  • Implement Positive Behavioural Support strategies to improve wellbeing and quality of life
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centered care plans
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
  • Knowledge of Positive Behavioural Support strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
