Electronics Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to the development of microcontroller-based power electronics products. The ideal candidate will design and develop automated test and inspection machines, lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automated test and inspection machines
  • Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, from concept to production
  • Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, including technical drawings and test rig challenges
  • Collaborate with production teams for process improvements and operator training
  • Build, test, and modify prototypes and new product concepts
  • Develop electronic circuit designs, including PCB layout and system schematics
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • HNC or Degree in Engineering or Technology disciplines
  • Strong background in the technical aspects of electronics products and manufacturing
  • Proficiency in software programming and CAD packages (NI LabVIEW, SolidWorks)
  • Expertise in Test Equipment electrical and mechanical design, and machine safety
  • Skilled in using PCB design software and digital design (multiplexers, combinational logic circuits)
  • Experience with C programming
  • Familiarity with electronic circuit design, fault diagnosis, and debugging
