Electronics Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to the development of microcontroller-based power electronics products. The successful candidate will focus on designing manufacturing equipment and processes, incorporating automation and robotics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated test and inspection machines to ensure high-quality product output.
- Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, from concept to production, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, including technical drawings and test rig challenges, to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements and provide training to operatives, enhancing overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Develop electronic circuit designs, including PCB layout and system schematics, to meet product requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- HNC or Degree in Engineering or Technology disciplines, with a strong background in electronics and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in software programming and CAD packages, including NI LabVIEW and SolidWorks.
- Expertise in Test Equipment electrical and mechanical design, and machine safety, with a focus on PCB design and digital design.
- Experience with C programming and electronic circuit design, fault diagnosis, and debugging.
