Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronic Engineer to join our client's team. As a Senior Electronic Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of electronic hardware and systems from conception to manufacture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and development of electronic hardware and systems from conception to manufacture.
  • Development of test specifications and procedures.
  • Supervision and organisation of a small design team.
  • Provision of consultancy services to customers.
  • Support of production activities within the company, including training and assisting production staff where appropriate.
  • Documentation associated with products and services.
  • Direct customer support, including site visits where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Digital electronic design / FPGA (Xilinx preferred).
  • Experience with image sensors and imaging systems.
  • Analogue electronic design.
  • PCB Layout (Altium Designer preferred).
  • Design for EMC.
  • Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Able to work to established ISO9001 quality system.

Benefits

  • £75,000 to £85,000 salary, dependent on experience.
  • 4 day working week, Monday to Thursday.
