Civil Engineering Site Lead

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Site Lead to join our team at RTL Group Ltd. As a key member of our groundworks team, you will be responsible for overseeing the setting out of drainage, kerbs, roads, and paving for a 6-month contract.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Project Manager and collaborating with the foreman to drive project success.
- Managing quality assurance processes and completing as-built surveys to maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Ensuring site setup and compliance with health and safety regulations to safeguard personnel and equipment.
- Leading the setting out process for groundworks projects, encompassing drainage and road construction.
- Raising technical queries regarding design issues to ensure accuracy and precision.
Key Requirements:
- A valid CSCS card.
- Possession of SMSTS or SSSTS certification (desirable but not essential).
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with groundworks contractors.
- A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- Proficiency in using Leica robotic equipment.
Compensation Package: Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary range for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
