Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to take charge of our Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC and CC) services. As the Head of UC and CC, you will be responsible for managing and delivering top-notch UC and CC solutions to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud-based communication platforms, excellent technical skills, and strong leadership abilities. If you are passionate about staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving UCaaS landscape, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

  • Manage and deliver UC and CC services to customers, ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery.
  • Lead the team in recruiting, onboarding, developing, and performing employees.
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise in VoIP, Collaboration, Contact Centre, Call Recording, and other relevant technologies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve services and stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer issue escalations and provide effective leadership to resolve disruptions swiftly.
  • Drive technology, platform, and system efficiencies, contributing to modernization plans and cost savings.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and senior leaders to build trust and drive results.

What You Bring

  • In-depth knowledge of UCaaS, Contact Centre, and Call Recording platforms.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an IT service provider or managed-service arrangement.
  • Strong technical skills across a range of technologies and experience in managing technical infrastructure.
  • Ability to integrate various platforms to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure components, including server, storage, and application layers.
  • Experience in managing senior stakeholders and adapting communication styles.
  • Vendor management skills and team management experience, including risk identification and budget forecasting.

On offer

  • £90,000 - £115,000 base salary + bonus (dependent on experience)
  • Hybrid working arrangements preferred, but flexible for the right candidate
