About the Role

At Compass Education, we strive to create a seamless school experience. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the successful migration of schools' Management Information Systems (MIS) data to our platform. Your leadership skills and technical expertise will ensure a smooth transition for schools, minimizing hassle and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding team to ensure effective delivery of objectives, fostering a positive culture and high levels of engagement.
  • Drive a culture of excellent service and high-quality work, continually seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively implement initiatives to increase onboarding rates, team capacity, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to data retention policies, market updates, and migration techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to enhance the onboarding process, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Compass MIS, ensuring a deep knowledge of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Meet with schools to understand their requirements, allaying fears and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation and processes, both internally and externally.
  • Oversight of hardware provisioning and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
  • Provide an exceptional onboarding experience to all schools, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

This position is ideal for an individual with prior experience in team management, handling multiple projects with varying timelines. Previous involvement in MIS data migration and working with schools is highly desirable. We seek a true passion for putting the customer first, experience as a purpose-led leader, and the ability to coach and inspire others. A proactive nature, with the ability to think creatively and technically, is essential. Strong organisational skills, excellent time management, and attention to detail are also required.
