About Our Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Westfields, a residential care home in Swaffham, West Norfolk. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital part in supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives. This role requires a passion for delivering high-quality care that prioritizes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

**Salary and Benefits**
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.60 per hour (days) + enhancements. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide person-centered care, assisting residents with personal care and support tasks
* Participate in wellbeing events and activities, promoting a safe and engaging environment

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in care or a related field (preferably in residential care). You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
