Group Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Group Sales Director to join our team at Brellis Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our leadership board, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a forward-thinking sales and marketing strategy that drives business growth and success.
About the Role:- Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of 30, including five direct reports, across multiple locations.
- Oversee all sales, marketing, and product management activities to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with fellow directors to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Drive growth by building strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Monitor and present business performance, addressing risks and opportunities with proactive measures.
- Manage and set objectives for sales agents in export territories.
- Lead trade and digital marketing efforts to elevate our brand presence.
- Establish KPIs and manage budgets, ensuring accurate monthly reporting and financial oversight.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior sales director role within a similar-sized organization.
- Demonstrated success in selling a diverse range of physical products with keen commercial insight.
- Engaging management style with a track record of inspiring and leading teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a hands-on approach.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with a solid understanding of ERP systems.
- A valid passport and driving license for travel.

We offer a competitive salary, plus up to 12% management bonus and up to £15k leadership bonus, as well as a range of benefits including a company car or car allowance, 25 days holiday (rising to 27 after five years), UK bank holidays, and more.
Location and travel will involve head office in Oxfordshire with travel to Buckinghamshire, Birmingham, and North West Midlands, as well as meeting customers across the UK and potentially one night away in the UK per week and 2-3 days international travel per month.
