Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Plant Technician to join our maintenance team at Morson Talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reactive and planned maintenance, with experience working with heavy plant machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy plant machinery
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
  • Work with CNC machinery controls, including Heidenhain and Fanuc systems
  • Interpret hydraulic and pneumatic system schematics
  • Ensure compliance with 3-phase 400V electrical systems
  • Maintain and operate MEWP equipment

Requirements:

  • Reactive and planned maintenance experience
  • Familiarity with heavy plant machinery
  • Knowledge of CNC machinery controls (Heidenhain and Fanuc)
  • Understanding of hydraulic systems and schematics
  • Understanding of pneumatic systems and schematics
  • Knowledge of 3-phase 400V electrical systems
  • MEWP certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Heidenhain and Fanuc CNC controls
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
