Plant Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Plant Fitter to join our team at a market-leading company in the hire industry. As a Plant Fitter, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our busy workshop.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain all construction plant equipment to an extremely high standard, including diagnosing faults, servicing, and repairs within a workshop environment.
- Work with a variety of equipment, including small tools, generators, pumps, diggers, excavators, rollers, telehandlers, forklifts, and other construction plant equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is repaired efficiently and within the agreed time scale, complete any necessary paperwork, and provide assistance to the team as needed.
- Hold a relevant qualification, such as NVQ or City & Guilds, in plant maintenance.
- Have previous mechanical plant experience, with a strong understanding of plant maintenance principles.
- Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Hold a full UK clean driving licence.
