Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and growing tech vendor clients, hitting the ground running, and achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate will have a strong new business background in media sales and/or media agency experience.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage and grow relationships with tech vendor clients, with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term retention
  2. Craft and execute sales strategies for growth and develop account plans to achieve revenue targets.
  3. Produce tailored, integrated proposals that include multiple product lines and solutions.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management and new business development.
  5. Provide data-driven insights into client territory using tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  7. Provide regular status reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  8. Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to win new business.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients.
  10. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
What We Value

  • 5 to 10 years of media sales experience, with mandatory experience in media agencies.
  • Proven track record selling to tech companies.
  • Experience and confidence in selling intent-based and lead-generation solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex business environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A self-starter who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
