Role Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Rehabilitation Assistant at our Loyd House service in Northampton. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our clinical and business leadership teams to provide specialist post-acute rehabilitation and management of long-term neurological conditions.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing high-quality care and therapy to individuals with complex needs
  • Working with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A passion for care and a commitment to delivering high-quality services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work flexibly, including every other weekend on a rota basis
