At Morson Talent, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aircaft Material Quality & Cost Control Auditor to join our team on a permanent basis. Based onsite at RNAS Culdrose, the successful candidate will be responsible to the IMOS Main Base Support Manager, via the IMOS Logistic Manager and directly supports IMOS Output by delivering directed tasks within the Merlin Depth Facility (MDF).

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of aircraft materials and controlling costs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify and rectify any issues that may arise during the audit process.

Responsibilities
  • To conduct audits of aircraft materials and ensure they meet the required standards
  • To identify and report any discrepancies or defects in the materials
  • To implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • To maintain accurate records of all audits and corrective actions taken
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in quality assurance and auditing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
