We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Computacenter (UK) Limited. As a key member of our Technical Resource Group, you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical IT support to one of our major clients.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
In this position, you will work closely with our client to deliver high-quality technical support services, including desktop installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. You will also provide basic Wintel server installation, configuration, administration, and break-fix solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical IT support to our client via phone, email, or in-person visits
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and server systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with our client's IT staff
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
