Job Summary:

Luton Bennett is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing reactive and routine maintenance to commercial laundry equipment in care homes, hotels, charities, and gyms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance on commercial laundry equipment
  • Field-based working at customer sites, typically within a 1-1.5 hour radius
  • Working on a variety of equipment, including industrial and commercial laundry machines
  • Responding to breakdowns and providing first-time fix solutions
  • Working from home and being on call-out standby one in four weekends

Requirements:

  • Electromechanical experience
  • Experience in engineering, machinery maintenance, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
