Job Summary:

Hunter AHP is seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in providing medical and surgical ward services in Shropshire. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in the hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to medical and surgical wards
  • Conduct medication reviews and provide recommendations to healthcare teams
  • Develop and implement medication therapy plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Experience working in a hospital setting
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
