Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care and advice to patients and staff
  • Lead the Medicines Management team to ensure safe and effective use of medicines
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for medicines management
  • Contribute to the development of the pharmacy department and the wider healthcare team

Requirements

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Proven post-qualification experience in pharmacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
