As a leading care agency, we provide care and support to clients with various needs, including mental health, learning difficulties, elderly care, respite, emergency care, complex care, and end-of-life care.
Key Responsibilities- Support clients holistically to promote their well-being and quality of life
- Provide companionship, administer medication, assist with nutritional needs, and offer personal care to clients in their own homes
- Adhere to clients' individual care plans
- 12-hour shifts available (8am-8pm, 8pm-8am sleep ins)
- Competitive hourly rate of £17
- Free training in line with the Care Certificate
- Ongoing support and development opportunities with in-house courses and funded qualifications
- Annual pay increase
- Eligibility to apply for a Blue Light card, offering thousands of discounts online and on the high street
- At least 6 months of UK-based care experience
- A full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle (with full travel expenses covered up to 50p per mile)
- A good standard of English and effective communication skills
- An enhanced DBS, which can be applied for upon registration (at a cost of £45)
