About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Nurseplus UK Ltd. As a leading care agency, we provide care and support to clients with various needs, including mental health, learning difficulties, elderly care, respite, emergency care, complex care, and end-of-life care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients holistically to promote their well-being and quality of life
  • Provide companionship, administer medication, assist with nutritional needs, and offer personal care to clients in their own homes
  • Adhere to clients' individual care plans
