We're looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Expert to join our team in Darlington. As a successful candidate, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and discussing the benefits of our products and services.

Job Requirements:
  • Talk to customers over the phone and discuss their needs and requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.

The estimated salary for this role is £23,504 rising to £24,064 after 9 months, plus uncapped commission. Our hourly rate starts at £12.05 per hour and increases to £12.34 per hour at 9 months in the role.
