About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at The Mytton and Mermaid, Atcham. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our busy pub, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our bar and waiting team.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and develop our bar and waiting team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service.
- Manage the pub's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and improve profitability.
