Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Mytton and Mermaid in Shropshire. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading our bar and waiting teams, and contributing to the overall success of the pub.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
