Key Responsibilities

In this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to children with special educational needs in a school setting. You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized plans, engage pupils in learning activities, and provide emotional support to help them overcome challenges.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual who can build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. Your ability to communicate effectively, think creatively, and adapt to changing circumstances will be essential in this rewarding role.

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with special educational needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Provide emotional support to pupils, helping them to overcome challenges and build confidence.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and research in SEN education.

The salary for this position is £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.
