We are looking for an accomplished Building Services Leader to join our UK South Construction Business Unit as a Senior Building Services Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee the delivery of building services across various projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of our Building Services Department Management Systems and Procedures
  • Support the development of our Building Services Strategy Plan
  • Ensure the successful execution of MEP Technical and Commercial aspects of project bids

Our benefits include a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a company car or car allowance, healthcare, 26 days' holiday, employer pension, and death in service life assurance.

The ideal candidate will hold a Mechanical or Electrical academic qualification, membership of a relevant professional institution, and IOSH or equivalent H&S management training.
