Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as Deputy Divisional Manager at University College London Hospitals.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership and management skills, with experience of delivering excellence in emergency services. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will provide strategic and operational support to the divisional team, working closely with leaders across the Trust and external stakeholders to improve patient pathways and experience.

Main Duties of the Job

The post holder will be accountable for the operational delivery of emergency services at University College Hospital, working closely with clinical, nursing and managerial leads to ensure the provision of an efficient, safe, effective service that delivers excellent patient and staff experience.

This is a high-profile, challenging and rewarding leadership role within the Trust, with an emphasis on innovation, achieving operational and financial performance, and improving staff wellbeing.

About the Opportunity

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for career development.
