Job Title: Customer Technical Trainer

**Overview**
Wrightbus is a dynamic company that has experienced significant growth over the past year. As part of our Parts and Service department, this role presents an exciting opportunity to lead, develop, and grow the training delivered by All Service One.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Training Engineer, you will be responsible for providing specialized advice and training to our customers and service team workforce. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer support and service. You will work closely with the Training Manager to coordinate, deliver, and ensure that all training meets the needs of our customers and mobile service engineers in the field.

**Delivering Results**
You will play a vital role in shaping the Wrightbus Parts and Service Training function as the organization continues to grow. You will drive the development and delivery of a value-added Learning and Development Strategy, ensuring that our customers' objectives are met in a timely manner and to the appropriate standard.

**Your Impact**
Your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of our customers and the growth of our business. You will be responsible for implementing learning and development strategies based on customer needs, developing training plans, and delivering effective training programs. You will also identify, develop, and deliver training programs/videos, applying a suite of learning and development policies, procedures, and practices that meet ISO 9001 requirements.

**Benefits and Rewards**
