Workshop Team Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Team Leader to join our client\u2019s team in Biggleswade. As a Workshop Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing earthmoving engineers and apprentices, ensuring daily tasks are performed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee earthmoving engineers and apprentices.
- Assist the Workshop Manager with estimates, work planning, and coordination.
- Provide technical assistance to team members.
- Promote a safe work environment.
- Train new team members.
- Coordinate contractors on site.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in a related industry.
- Team leader experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment.
