Are you passionate about driving organizational transformation and empowering teams to reach their full potential? Kramp, a leader in agricultural parts and digital commerce, is seeking an Agile Coach to play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our tech teams.

As an Agile Coach, you will support the success of Kramp and its product teams by leading change and focusing on delivering results. You will ensure teams are performing at their best and establish a more mature agile way of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Growth and Maturity: Act as a trusted advisor and coach for teams transitioning to agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agility.
  2. Framework Implementation: Provide guidance on implementing agile frameworks across different departments.
  3. Training and Workshops: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on agile principles and practices.
  4. Goal and Planning: Facilitate the implementation of the OKR framework for product teams.
  5. Scrum Master Support: Mentor, guide, and coach team members in growing their agile mastery and facilitation skills.
  6. Transparency Promotion: Promote transparency by facilitating information sharing across various levels of the organization.
  7. Collaboration: Work cohesively with other Agile coaches and scrum masters for a consistent agile way of working.

Requirements:

  1. Successful record as an Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Manager in a tech environment.
  2. Experience working with teams new to Agile development or coming from various backgrounds.
  3. Experience coaching diverse roles in shifting from a project to a product way of working.
  4. In-depth knowledge of various Agile methodologies.
  5. Data-driven mindset with a focus on transforming the organization from a budget-driven to a value-driven approach.
  6. Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Dutch is an advantage.
  7. Openness to travel to Varsseveld for 2x a week.
  8. 25 vacation days and 12 ADV days (based on a full-time contract)
