About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team and take on various New Build & Refurbishment projects across the Highlands of Scotland.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression;
  • Maintain project timelines while upholding quality standards;
  • Implement cost control measures without compromising build quality;
  • Manage project budgets effectively and meet deadlines;
  • Have a solid understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and legal guidelines.
  • Hold a relevant Construction Qualification;
  • Have experience working on design and build projects as a main contractor, including H&S management;
  • Stay up-to-date with health and safety obligations and building legislation;
  • Hold a CSCS Card at Site Manager level;
  • Hold a valid SMSTS certificate.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
