Senior Care Practitioner Leader

We are seeking a Senior Care Practitioner Leader to join our team in Sudbury. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care and support to adults with various needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve care delivery and outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and effective work environment that meets regulatory frameworks.
Requirements:
- RQF Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including the Care Standards Act 2000 and CQC.
- Mandatory training qualifications, such as fire safety, first aid, and health and safety awareness.
