Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Commercial Growth Strategist to join their team in Southampton. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

The company has a strong presence in the scientific instrumentation market, with a focus on R&D and OEM customers. They offer a range of stock crystals & waveguides and custom chip design capabilities that make them a valuable partner for demanding customers.

As a Commercial Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue growth. You will also work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide strategic guidance to support business growth.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for business development and a talent for driving revenue growth, we encourage you to apply.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

Requirements:
