Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Health Care Assistant to join our team, working closely with the Nurse in Charge to lead a small Care Team and provide high-quality care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating a team of care colleagues
  • Developing and implementing care plans
  • Ensuring accurate records and documentation
