Business Growth Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Zaizi Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expansion within the UK Central Government sector.
About the RoleThis role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, conducting thorough market research, and cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing Central Government clients.
You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and targeted campaigns, ensuring that our message reaches the right audience.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within agreed existing and new central government clients.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling digital services and solutions to central government entities in the UK, particularly within National Security. They will possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
A strong understanding of the public sector is essential, as well as the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset are also key requirements.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with government and industry digital standards and approaches.
