Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Vendor Management Specialist to join our Central Procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-value contracts and relationships with IT/Technology vendors for JD Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-value contracts and relationships with IT/Technology vendors
  • Protect the business by identifying emerging risks, including cyber, operational resilience, and service performance
  • Work with partners and service owners to address and minimize potential business disruption
  • Collaborate with the Director of Technology Operations to ensure effective contract management
Requirements
  • Experience in an IT/Technology vendor management/procurement role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
