About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our mobile team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management, delivering exceptional property maintenance services across West Sussex. In this role, you will ensure that all tasks meet our group standards, key performance indicators, and targets, while consistently upholding high-quality standards.

As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist with Bellrock, you will perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance, inspections, and fault rectifications within your expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing planned and reactive electrical maintenance, inspections, and fault rectifications
  • Ordering parts, managing van stock, and estimating materials and labor for follow-on works
  • Participating in out-of-hours call-out rota and supporting other trades when needed
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 18th Edition C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
  • JIB recognised UK Level 3 apprenticeship standard, JIB approved UK competency-based qualification (NVQ), or equivalent
  • Previous experience in commercial/industrial settings
  • Knowledge of the current IET Wiring Regulations for Electrical Installations; the Electricity Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations; the Electricity at Work Regulations and relevant statutory and British Standards, Codes of Practice and Construction Industry Safety Regulations
  • Basic competency in using technology, email, and the use of tablets for internal software system
  • Full driving licence essential
  • Sound understanding of Health, Safety and environmental legislation and working practices
