Job Overview

We are seeking a Train Operations Coordinator to join our team in Derby. As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with rostering and training teams to ensure freight services run safely and on time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading rail infrastructure business with a century of expertise and a daring spirit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean safety record and comply with all relevant legislation and operational standards.
  • Hold a current PTS (third rail) appropriate to CTRL and a full UK driving licence.
  • Demonstrate flexibility with working shift patterns and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Identify competency standards required as a result of legislation, operational standards, and safety procedures and maintain same by audit and surveillance.
