Deliver Exceptional Commercial Results
Mitie is seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Manager, you will coordinate with other support functions and dedicated contract roles to understand and deliver commercial solutions. You will provide day-to-day commercial management support to the contract teams, identifying and managing legal, financial, and commercial risks and opportunities in collaboration with the contract team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise contract teams on commercial queries and interpretation of contract terms and conditions, including risks and liabilities, payment mechanisms, KPIs, scope, and specification requirements.
- Ensure risk and opportunity registers are maintained by account management teams and all items have clear action plans.
- Manage risks and opportunities directly and provide support to account teams on contract variations and change orders.
Requirements:
- Experience in Risk and Opportunity Management.
- Ability to resolve complex issues through problem-solving and negotiations.
- Understanding of key contract provisions critical for managing the contract risk profile.
