Commercial Manager

At Mitie NI Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating with other support functions and dedicated contract roles to understand and deliver commercial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other support functions and dedicated contract roles to understand and deliver commercial solutions.
- Provide day-to-day commercial management support to the contract teams.
- Identify and manage legal, financial, and commercial risks and opportunities in collaboration with the contract team.
- Drive the uptake and creation of awareness of commercial best practice and internal governance policies and procedures.
- Advise contract teams on commercial queries and interpretation of contract terms and conditions.
- Maintain risk and opportunity registers by account management teams and ensure clear action plans are in place.
- Manage contract variations and change orders in accordance with contract requirements and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Experience in Risk and Opportunity Management.
- Ability to resolve complex issues through problem-solving and negotiations.
- Understanding of key contract provisions critical for managing the contract risk profile.
