Our team is driven to provide fun and welcoming sessions for the whole community, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.

We're looking for a Group Exercise Instructor to join our friendly and professional team. This role will be customer-focused, ensuring that all attendees get the best from the class in a fun, enjoyable, and safe environment.

We're looking for a real people person, a team player, who will work alongside members of the fitness team to ensure a successful class programme. Predominately, we're looking for instructors for our Body Combat class, but we welcome applications from passionate Instructors who can bring something new to the programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality group exercise classes to our members
  • Work collaboratively with the fitness team to develop and deliver a successful class programme
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all attendees
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the role

Requirements:

  • Nationally recognised group exercise qualification in Body Combat
  • Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
  • Experience working in a leisure-related environment involving customer service
  • Ability to work within a team and contribute to a positive and supportive environment
  • Excellent communication skills
