Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to manage accounts with our Account Managers and deliver key responsibilities and duties. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience in a similar role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service Excellence: Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding maintenance queries and provide first-class support.
  2. Enquiry Management: Receive and respond to enquiries and new job emails from existing customers, ensuring accurate recording of job requirements and priority on in-house software and client portals.
  3. Account Ownership: Take ownership of customer queries and offer resolution where possible, working closely with internal departments and external contractors to obtain relevant job updates and ETA's.
  4. Administrative Duties: Manage Customer Support Centre administrative tasks, including monitoring team inboxes and liaising with various internal departments and external contractors.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Microsoft Office Applications: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
