Support Staff Night Shift Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Support Worker to join our team on a night shift basis. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care and support to enable individuals to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
  • Develop and implement individualised support plans to promote independence and community engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of individual's progress and well-being.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months UK experience as a Support Worker with experience supporting individuals with Autism, high levels of anxiety, and schizoaffective disorder.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
  • Attentive, empathetic, and high levels of attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of £12.50-£13.50 per hour, plus opportunities for ongoing training and development, supportive working environment, and clear progression routes to Team Leader or House Manager roles.
