About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Love2shop. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in developing and executing our marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Head of Marketing to develop and implement integrated marketing plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Produce and manage high-quality marketing materials, including email campaigns, direct mail, and other customer communications.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our contact center team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent planning, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing tools.
