GK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
    • Design and execute integrated marketing plans that encompass pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), branding, social media, and public relations (PR) to achieve business objectives and drive customer acquisition.
    • Plan and execute PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising to maximize return on investment (ROI) and generate leads.
  • Conduct Keyword Research and SEO Optimization
    • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases for SEO optimization.
    • Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with Design Team
    • Work closely with the design team to create engaging branding materials, including logos, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage Social Media Channels
    • Manage social media channels to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
    • Create content calendars to ensure consistent and high-quality content.
  • Develop and Execute PR Strategies
    • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand reputation and generate positive publicity.
    • Collaborate with influencers and media outlets to secure press coverage.
  • Analyze Marketing Data and KPIs
    • Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance and identify trends.
    • Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Manage Budgets and Resources
    • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies across PPC, SEO, branding, social media, and PR.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and PR platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for performance.
    • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

About the Role
