">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team based out of the Wroxham site. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR Manager, assisting with all HR and recruitment-related tasks.
">Responsibilities
">- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage the HR platform, ensuring it remains up-to-date
- Monitor and action items within the HR mailbox
- Manage employee absences
- Support with events onsite
Requirements
">- Extensive administrative background
- Experience as an admin of HR systems is desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Office
- Current UK driver's license
- Occasional travel to other Norfolk/Suffolk sites and other UK locations
Salary and Benefits
">The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of GBP26,000 - GBP28,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience in HR administration, while working for a reputable company in the industry.
