  • With Rydon Group, we are currently seeking an experienced Fabric Maintenance Operative / Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our NHS Maintenance team in a mobile role in Luton.
  • This is a mobile position where you will be working as part of a highly skilled maintenance team in Luton, responsible for the repairs and maintenance to the buildings fabric.
  • Key tasks will include carrying out plumbing tasks such as changing/repairing taps, finding and repairing leaks, and completing PPMs (planned preventative maintenance).
  • You will also be involved in daily plant checks and contribute to the overall maintenance of the building.

Requirements:

  • Previous building maintenance experience, ideally in an NHS environment
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Excellent people skills and a passion for delivering excellent quality planned, preventative, and responsive maintenance
